The Colour Concerts at MUPA, the Palace of Arts in Budapest are free concerts given by young talented musicians and music students.
Every weekday afternoon there are free concerts at MUPA in a wide spectrum of musical genres. True, the free concerts are not on the main stage, but in and around the Foyer of the building, yet the acoustics of the building’s foyer is still suitable for the mostly late afternoon concerts, between 5 pm and 6 pm.
Programmes of the free concerts at the Palace of Arts is as follows:
- Tuesdays at MUPA: folk music – Entry is free.
- Wednesdays at MUPA: classical music performances – Entry is free.
- Thursdays at MUPA: young jazz musicians perform – Entry is free.
